I’ve been here 11 years and not once have they cleaned the rain gutters!!! So when it rains it falls straight down from the rain gutter to my back poach like a waterfall!! As a matter of fact the rain gutter is hanging loose from above my back door!!
James Court apts itself is a wonderful place to live, I once lived here for nearly 5 years. It's safe and quiet. I'd definitely live here again.
Property managers are bias, commission oriented, and have no common courtesy to us as people.
Sam is super nice when you can get a hold of her, but she never answers the phone.
They never answer the phone in the front office. Horrible customer service.
