Terrible, they don’t care about tenets. They make changes for the worse. They forget that while this is JUST. Business to them this is people’s homes!!! They hire people just as cruel and careless as them.

Can I rate zero stars? Never received initial lease after months of requests went without reply. Lease renewal was requested, I sent in the new deposit and the signed lease. Check was processed, and now a month later I'm being told they don't have my signed lease and I'm being threatened with eviction. Looking past the fact that they lost my signed lease, or say I didn't send the signed lease for some strange reason, what is a management company doing processing a renewal deposit check without a signed lease? Over a year into my initial lease, still have yet to receive my initial lease... Pretty dumbfounded at the lack of professionalism. Stay away at all costs.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the worst property management company I’ve ever had to deal with. As a vendor, I have never been paid on time. My emails with invoices are constantly ignored. When emailing back and forth with “Adam M” I was told to “stop emailing him” and to email Jalen management directly or to mail them letters. What’s the point of being the property manager? If I was a tenant I would steer clear of any property that they manage. They treat their vendors terribly so imagine how they treat tenants.

Billing you last minute to fine you later up to $25 as a late payment fee referring to a technical issue. They “could wave it but would not because they didn’t like what I had brought to them and told about way they manage the property”.
