Jade Garden Apartments

I have lived here for 10 years because of its location and because it was affordable for the area, not because of the appearance of the buildings nor the entire complex. They raised the rent each year without really making any renovation, remodeling or adding new amenities. This year my rent increase is an astronomical $325. We still haven't seen any improvements with the property nor the facilities.

I have been living at Jade Gardens for a few years now, I LOVE IT! Jackie has been so AMAZING in anything I need for my apartment. Colby has been very helpful with any questions I have ever had. Tony & his Maintenance Team have always been so kind & helpful and quick to fix anything (they usually get things fixed within 24 hours). That's just the staff. The neighborhood is pretty peaceful for being near US1 and the apartment complex is so centrally located to everything. I also love seeing how pet friendly Jade Garden's complex is and still kept so clean. I am so lucky to have found this gem of a place.

Lived here for 4+ years.. the staff is always nice, friendly, and ready to help. The location for the price and attention to their tenants is unmatched. Will miss this place but my family and I take away awesome memories ❤️

I love to live here! its cozy and quiet and the neighbors are super nice for the most part. The management and staff are very polite and helpful. There is always an effort made to keep the community aware of whats happening on a day to day basis. The place needs a little cosmetic touch up to make it even better. maybe some landscaping upgrades and outside paint repairs and such. But in general is an excellent place to live!

It has been almost a month since we moved to Jade Gardens and we absolutely love it. The office staff is excellent and very responsive to all our service requests. Also, it’s so quiet and peaceful. We never see our neighbors. In addition, the location is just perfect. It’s so close to everything - food, shopping, gas stations, school! We are so happy with are 1/1. I would definitely recommend this place.
