After living at the Jade apartments for over 5 years I wanted to say what a wonderful place this is to live. Perfectly located in the heart of downtown Naples keeping the Olde Naples feel with a management team that is both approachable and responsive to a diverse tenant base that is welcoming to the working class to be able to actually live where they work. I could not more highly recommend looking into the Jade for anyone wanting to experience the very best of what Naples has to offer.

Tyler is always very kind and helpful. This is pretty much the best location of affordable apartments you’re gonna find in Naples Fl. We’ve rented here twice now, a couple years apart. They aren’t new, so have realistic expectations and you’ll love it here!

There is a lack of empathy and common sense on the part of their workers or representatives, so many empty parking spaces in the back are absurd and they do not allow us to have access to another one if we need it, not even paying. And on the other hand, the lack of hygiene in the washing machines, full of pet hair, they have many rules for some things and others that are simpler and more necessary they do not take into account, since they also have to collect dog waste, they should require Those owners who clean it after using the washing machine, it is not fair that those who come after them have to deal with that.

My family and I have lived at Jade for two years and love it! Very affordable for downtown Naples. The management has been very responsive to requests and issues; which for us can be counted on one hand. The grounds have been well maintained. The location is incredible, 11 blocks from the beach, with a city pool, a park, and a recreation center across the road. Upgrades to the apartment were done without a rent increase associated with the work. It has been a great experience.
