This may be a lovely place if you are looking to buy or sell a home. If you are looking for investment property management, I would suggest you look anywhere else. Property managers forget to send invoices to the property owners, then suggest that the owner will be at fault for the invoice not being paid. They also take little to no initiative to research the area within which the property is located in order to hire local contractors for maintenance work, which spells massive travel fees for the property owner. I have worked with Jada Slayton when I first moved to Jackson,TN in 2004 and ten years later when I got transferred to Charlotte,NC. Jada knows Jackson,TN and the surrounding area's like the back of her hand. Her customer service is wonderful and she is up front and straight forward. If you are looking for a realtor that is truthful, hard working and honest Jada is who you need to call.

You do not want to use Mr. Clouser he is very unprofessional and doesn't want to fool with properties unless they are over 100k, he can't be bothered to answer if the place is on the market to even put in an offer on it, never seen a realtor so unwilling to sell something he listed. Any dealings I've had with any remax people have always been very lacking to say the best of them and I've never found them to be honest either, just read the reviews online. I'm making a video for YT about bad realtors and Mr. Clouser will be mentioned as well as I keep everything well documented and will include the names of the people I've personally dealt with and why a person should avoid them if they want a honest dealing person.

I will never do business with them again. They Mislead me about a property and when I confronted Jodie about it her answer was that it was cheaper for me to abandon my good faith money then to hire a lower and fight. No ethics what so ever. I got nothing but lies from desse the agent.
