Very helpful and friendly until she gets her check. She completely screwed me by telling me my walk away profit was way more then it was, which then put me in a horrible pickle because I was using that money to buy another house that same day (with her).I had to close a couple CDs take penalties, beg, borrow and contemplate stealing to make closing work. On top of that, she charged me for repairs that I said I wouldn’t do for my selling house. She had them done anyways and charged me at closing. After showing her in text many times saying no, I will not make those repairs. She reimbursed me with a rubber check. So after she walked away with two times more on my house than I did, I sent her all of our texts and messages where she led me to think things that weren’t true, and I never hear
