((Full disclosure that I am a new customer to Jacob Grant Property Management so I cannot attest to their long term treatment or move out procedures at this time though I am aware of the reviews and would be happy to update when the time comes.)) With that said, I have been a long time renter (20+ years of off and on renting) and this has been one of the smoothest and easiest moves into one of the nicest kept and maintained homes. Our family was given a very short turn around time for a new job in a new state and JGPM went out of their way to allow us to tour a home- before it was officially ready- in the brief time we were in town. Our experience living in a Jacob Grant managed property has been overall good. The main reason for giving 5 stars is that maintenance has been awesome. They have always been quick, and receptive to us. Scott specifically helped us most recently and was very helpful. The other maintenance technician who has helped us in the past was likewise very good, I would include his name, but I can't remember it right now.

Jessica and Matt were easy to get along with while applying. Jessica helped when I needed it and was very good at communicating. The property itself is very nice, in good shape, clean, and spacious. Looking forward to move-in day.

I've been renting with Jacob Grant in Idaho Falls for about a year now, and it's been a great experience. The team is responsive, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the move-in process was super smooth. I really appreciate how they keep communication clear and professional. Definitely one of the better property management companies I've dealt with!

I had to leave a review and I am not a review girly. I’ve watched Amanda work behind the scenes, and let me tell you, this woman doesn’t just manage properties, she manages PEOPLE with patience, kindness, and professionalism that most companies only wish they had. She solves problems before they become problems, she communicates clearly, and she puts her whole heart into helping tenants feel seen and supported. If every property management company had an Amanda, renting would be a completely different world.
