Working with Maxine was an absolute joy. In addition to demonstrating patience when necessary, on the day of closing, my bank didn't release the funds until well after 5, and on a Friday off a holiday weekend. Maxine stayed late to fund, which speaks volumes, especially considering that that JTT already advised that escrow won't fund that day due to not having receiving the funds from my bank. I was able able to have my place that evening and not have to wait intil Tuesday (banks were closed for a holiday on the Monday). This was huge and deserves recognition.
