Jackson Brown Gardens

The owner has been at this for a while... Beware! Document & take pictures. Horrible conditions from the warped, rotted floors throughout covered in cheap linoleum or brown shag carpet, to the taped broken windows in each of the two bedrooms. To the water damaged ceilings, walls & floors that have holes & don't meet. His "assistant" will have you sign a lease & piece of paper stating that you will lose $250 if you don't take the busted apartment after feeding you a rash out crap about other people being interested in the place & that they are "working" on your apartment. See pictures of move in day conditions. Truly sad and disgusting that the "proud owner" who claims to own "many" properties would try to move someone into these apartments. Great leasing team here and the right location to access Atlanta. The townhouse style units have been a huge plus for me

I would recommend these apartments to anyone , I went here to apply as a last minute thing . I called but & they said they could find my job & that my application was denied so basically these folks want your app fee . The apartment are radgey, then rent office is a mess ! DONT MOVE HERE !!!

New ownership and management has really helped turn this place around. Nakeisa and The Brown Capital Realty team are great!!
