The only complaint I have of this property is that I don't have any complaints. Lol The property is always clean and organized. Management is amazing not to single out anyone in particular but Carmen is amazing her assistant as well. They are both efficient and more than professional in their day to day work ethics. Thank you Carmen for your help.

To whom it may concern, I would like to give the new management (Marilys Anisley) my most sincere gratitude for handling a out of hand situation so professionally, and resolving the problems with the last manager (Carmen Nunez). We are so elated that that woman was relieved of her duties so that we can live and thrive here at Jack Orr in peace!

My experience until 2019, was nice, and comfortable. We used to have a huge parking lot, with very secured gates. Two confortables elevators, as well as a very professional staff, always alert of any inconvenience or disconfort. Currently and from 2020, the premise tourns into a non comfortable place, plenty of inconsistencies, unsafety, unsatisfactory, and in certain cases abusive to the elderly tenants, most of them living there for more than twenty years. I have being living there since 2011, and never before I had any complaint about.

No staff to looked up for residence needing extra help. Hardly any parking space for handicapped residents, lots insects like roaches.
