Jacaranda Place

I've lived at Jacaranda since day 1. My personal experience with living here and with our wond we rful staff here at Jacaranda. I love my apartment and amenities. Maintenance Staff and Office Staff always courteous to me and have been able to attend any issues quickly and efficiently. The Mgr Jaida and her Staff have been 5 star with regards to my living here at Jacaranda. I often post this saying, "Loving were I live" with all my pics. And I mean what I say♡

My experience with the Jacaranda team was has been nothing but amazing! Amazing service! The office manager is very professional, fair with a very humbling spirit. Both maintenance guys are very proficient and do not hesitate to answer residents maintenance issues. Jacaranda team has established a great report with their residents and engages in holiday activities with their residents.

The property manager, Jaida, is very proficient and attentive to the needs of the community. It’s obvious she truly cares and works hard to keep everything running smoothly. Her dedication makes a big difference. Highly recommend!

I worked at Jacaranda place as a Porter taking care of three buildings, and I got to see the place from the inside out. The property is kept clean. The common areas looked after and the staff take pride and keeping things running smoothly. Management is easy to talk to and follow up when something needs attention. Only left caused I moved out of state.

I had a bunch of questions regarding the community and work availability and the property manager Jaida went above and beyond in providing me with the information I needed and more! She was very sweet and straight to the point! If I ever have any more questions or concerns regarding this community I will definitely do my best to get ahold of Jaida!
