My experiences have only been positive. Sabrina was very responsive and considerate during leasing. We had a leak for the briefest moment last year and Sherry also responded quickly to the issue, which was resolved right away. I'm happy to have renewed my lease with them for a third year.

J Wasser & co got me into a neat and clean apartment. My wife is very happy, out bathroom has new tiles!! Steady hot water . The J Wasser management team is responsible and responsive, but no one is as qualified as Rotzy. There was never a request or issue she couldn’t handle- even when the issues were beyond her control and even when they were at odd hours of day or night. She treats all with respect and professionalism and knows how to get things done! And quickly too. Thank you Rotzy!
