Absolute criminals. I would give them 0 stars if I could. From the moment we moved in, there were tons of roaches, and the apartment was never exterminated (despite monthly exterminations being promised in the lease) until we threatened to call the health department. In the end, we did, and the health department gave the apartment a class C violation, meaning that it is hazardous to live in. Once we told them we won't pay our rent for the next month, they had the super come in and spray our kitchen, but the smell was so strong, we worried if it was safe to inhale. I asked Sandy what it was/if it was safe, and she told us to just open the windows (we of course already had). The worst company ever. Do not rent from these horrible people. Our ceiling fell in and the company did NOTHING about it. After threatening to sue, we were finally able to move out. However, our security deposit was never received. Sandy is one of the rudest people I've ever met and the entire team is horrible.

Do not rent from these people. They owed me pro-rated rent for my first month because I was not able to move in when my lease started and it took me 3 months to successfully get that pro-rated check. They've sent repair people to fix things that should have been replaced more times than I can count and I've wasted hours waiting on repairs and making phone calls to them to no avail. My stuff re-breaks as soon as the repair guy steps out. I even had an oder at one point from what was probably a dead animal in the wall and the company refused to investigate or help. I wish I had the money to sue these people. They don't deserve to take the homes and lives of anyone into their incapable hands. Can't wait to get out of my roach infested hell hole.

JR Properties are very unprofessional and poor quality of service for their tenants. I would recommend for people to stay far away from this rental company as possible. DO NOT RENT WITH JR PROPERTIES!!!!!

THEY SUCK! No help what's so ever. I've been waiting for an apartment they promised for almost 3 months before they told me they went forward with someone else.
