Lived in one of their properties for two years and had numerous negative interactions with management. Broker and Super were great but the associate at JR equities was consistently rude and placed blame on residents when theft would occur in the building. Little has been done to protect against package theft in the property and the handling of the COVID crisis overall was virtually nonexistent.
Wonderful, apartments and very well maintained! All the staff at J.R Equities were and are so kind and professional. They made finding the perfect apartment for me so easy. I highly recommend them!!!!!!
