Company lied and told landlords I left damages of over $20000.00 if this is the case you would have sued. These people take forever to fix things and most items in the house are outdated. The kitchen did not even have a spot for the fridge and also the washer and dryer was located in the kitchen as well. The repair guy was an old family friend who was very rude and I had to be around due to my wife not feeling safe around him(don’t allow this man into your property without being home). They are pretty old school and don’t actually own any quality spaces so you may never hear of this company but if you do just remember they will become very bitter if you choose not to renew lease.
