I was looking for a fast and competitive appraisal for a home that I was trying to buy quickly. I called a bunch of Appraisers in Seminole County who were trying to charge me outrageous prices, and they had very long lead times. I spoke with Jonathan and his team and they helped me with all of my concerns and questions. They walked me through their very quick and easy process, and boom in a couple of days I had my appraisal, and I am so happy I chose J. Paul Appraisals.
