J Optimist Park

Moving here was the best decision of my life. The leasing office, especially Cherkitha, are an absolute joy to be around and they took away pretty much all my stress around moving. The complex feels so luxurious and it’s something I want to show off to friends. The rooms themselves are spacious and affordable. Above everything the kitchens are what sold me; there’s so much space for everything and so much space to breathe and everything is GORGEOUS. Truly felt like home immediately <3

Living at J Optimist Park has been an amazing experience. J Optimist Park is luxury and affordable living at its finest! This beautiful property provides so many amazing amenities and convenient locations for numerous dining options. The pool is spectacular and feels like paradise! The gym is so spacious and has top-quality equipment! Also, the gym atmosphere is clean, calm and motivating! The ambiance in the lounge area is incredible; the lighting is perfect for both serious play and relaxing. This review is moreso for the leasing staff than the complex itself. I came for a tour and met with Cherkitha. Unfortunately, the property didn't have any of the units that I was interested in touring available to see because it is so new. Depsite this, Cherkitha was persistent and offered me several different options that were available for me to see and even offered to send me videos once those units were available. Beyond that she was very helpful and gave great insight into the area and fun things to do in Charlotte, as I will be moving from out of state. Those insights were greatly appreciated. I am subtracting one star because I do feel that the property should be upfront with potential residents BEFORE their tour about what is actually available to see, so that their time is not was

Absolutely amazing! This community is beautiful, the staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the events they’ve hosted so far have all been a blast! I’m so happy I chose this place to be my home, and I can’t wait to see what else they do in the future!

Cherkitha is a BEAST! Very welcoming, amenities awesome, would give 10 stars if I could!
