Picked my shed and paid for it almost a month and a half ago. Down payment and first month rent $417.21..still have not received shed. Driver called last week to deliver this Monday. Never showed. No courtesy call from the delivery driver, J & J Realty or Old Hickory Sheds. Would absolutely not recommend.

Went there to buy a shed he keeps many outback his office nice sheds this was a repossession I got it for 3 grand delivered and leveled. He has rent to own also

Joe is a down to earth, straight forward guy. I appreciated the candid conversation and his office memorabilia! I was searching for sheds to convert into a chicken and duck coop, he met me the same morning. I bought it after he patiently answered my questions and set up the contract terms. I give credit when it's deserved. Would recommend him as he's an honest individual who will go the extra mile to make a discerning customer happy. Thanks Joe!
