I have been living at Cedar Pointe for the last 3 years, and my experience here has been pretty great! The front management office is helpful and quick to respond. Maintenance has also been quick and non-intrusive when they've needed to come into the apartment. The buildings are pretty new and in good shape. I love that the laundry is free, and I also really like that you can do your laundry at any time. Having a private room is amazing, but it's super rare to find a place so close to campus that gives you a full-sized bed and your own bathroom. The rooms get a lot of natural light, especially if you live upstairs. You live super close to a bunch of fast food places. You have a McDonalds, iHop, Denny's, gas station, Rita's taco shop and more within walking distance of the apartments. Espec

Decent until you have to move out and they charge you ridiculous cleaning and make-ready fees. I had 2 separate apartments with them, and both addresses hilariously charge you almost the exact amount as your safety deposit or even more than your safety deposit. When I asked for an itemized list of all individual tasks performed that would cost over $1,000, they sent me the same vague list they send everyone. Chances are- that this realtor will take your take your full safety deposit or even charge you more ridiculous fees.

We didn’t up finding something we wanted through them but they were so friendly! Maya was fantastic. She was very accommodating and super knowledgeable of the properties she showed us. She even came in after hours to work around our schedule. Hopefully we can work with them in the future!

We've rented from J & E for the past 3 years, and overall, it's been a great experience. Most of the issues we've encountered have been handled promptly and efficiently.
