I was referred to this agency from a close friend that spoke highly about them. My friend said they always have a lot of great apartments that are fairly priced. I called the office and they were very helpful and luckily they had a few options for me. After seeing 3 places I had found what I was looking for. My girlfriend loved the place and I felt the same. The closing process was quick and went smoothly. We were very satisfied with the work Fabio and his team did for us and would definitely work with them again when we decide we want to get a larger apartment down the line.

I felt like I really needed to write this review for Fabio Reality. My dad Dennis and I have been dealing with this reality company for years and they have consistently found us great tenants! I strongly recommend using Fabio to buy, sell, and rent your property!

I am a repeat customer that have been dealing with Fabio Realty for the past 20+ yrs, I have rented 3 apartments myself from them. I referred numerous friends and family members to Fabio Realty throughout the years with no complaints. Fabio Realty is Very much hands on when it comes to getting you the apartment you want and will work hard at negotiating rental terms. They even give advice to renters looking for apartments. They will tell you to come prepared with documentation and a small deposit in the event that you see an apartment that you like so it gives you an advantage over someone else also looking for an apartment that is unprepared. This is a No nonsense Realty! They very much so deal with the Reality in Realty! I love you guys!!!

Horrible people, horrible professionalism, with huge attitude, asking extra fees than the other Real Estates. They DON’T pick up the phones, they ignore text messages, and actually they DON’T want to work. Don’t list your houses with them, they will block the interested people with their Extremely unreasonable FEES. They asking cash money before even the offer goes through. They listing different photos at the craigslist than the actual listings. ANGRY…
