The woman who answered the phone this morning. Ms.Bernadette. Extremely rude and disrespectful. As soon she answered the phone, I greeted her and proceeded to tell her I was given this number by a friend to assist me with my apartment search. She immediately interrupted me by repeatedly saying “Hold On” after returning to the phone. I proceeded to ask her a few questions. She then started to raise her voice at me. I politely asked her not to. She then proceeded to over talk me, telling me information that I didn’t inquire about when it came to the application process. I asked to speak with someone who was not going to be rude to me. Her response was “He is not here and I don’t know when He will be here” Who is he first of all. And who ever he is. He needs to get rid of you. Terrible treatm

Ms Betty was very patient with me and answering my question I'll call her for 7 days looking for this one apartment that maintenance was fixing on and she stayed patient and come with me everyday thanks Ms Betty
