This is the correct parking lot where the business is located. There is no parking and no doors in the rear of the building.

It doesn't matter if you are a tenant that pays rent on time, is courteous to neighbors and respects the property. Sedona Village apartments in Clovis N.M. quickly became a house of horrors. Manager places a squatter next door to me. Many, many emails later and calls to the police availed nothing. After constant barrages of obscenities, 2 a.m. screaming and banging of furniture, having food thrown at my door and so much more I am forced to move out. To add to this, no hot water for a week. This company is horrendous.

Not the owner, but this place is great at managing apartments and is very professional. They handle things very well! If there is a problem, they handle it to the best of their ability and show a great deal of respect to their tenants. 10/10 would recommend.

Management poorly handles the people, paperwork and property at Kelly Village Apartments. It never fails with rent statements being available on the 1st of the month, monies being directed to my account on time, lease agreements not completed in a timely manner. Complete disgust and frustration can be seen in the workers faces. People skills lacks as well as customer service.

I’ve filed a complaint MONTHS ago due to poor management in Haverstock and no one ever reached out to me. I called today because my phase manager refuses to renew my lease or take my money for market rent and has now put on my credit that I owe money which has caused me to be denied at other apartments so I can hurry up and move out of this place. Kendra is disrespectful along with many others in the office. From the moment I applied staff have been rude and JAllen has yet to ever reach out to me or others that have emailed complaints on the staff!!!
