Ivy Place Apartments

Sadly the complex have people that constantly break the gates, deal drugs , trash the dumpster area....and many suffer through criminal incidents. The apartments are mostly spacious and pleasant but maintenance can be spotty...from quick and helpful to taking weeks to do simple things. Bigger problems handled more quickly. Maintenance requests went two weeks unworked

Just moved into new unit everything looks up to date. They are going to fix all the apartments. They are also working on outside to up date the property. But they allow 10 people living in a unit at a time. I've been attacked by my neighbor twice in 2 months. They dont care about their tents just money. We had to call the cops several times. I wouldn't suggest anyone renting here. We've tried to talk to management several times. Nothing is done. They is alot of abandon vehicles and work Van's every where also over sized.

The community's storm water /sewer system is outdated and has caused a lot of flooding and other issues. In addition, the property is unkept and the management has done absolutely nothing about it.

They are kind and I would recommend this apartment, and when something damages, they repair it quickly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super high rates for very old buildings, break inns are very common, dont move in here, you can pay less to move somewhere better. I honestly dont feel safe here due to lack of security
