you DEFINITELY don’t want to spend your hard earned money here. the bugs are RIDICULOUS. , pest control has never came. management has been changed a handful of times within a year & nothing has gotten better. valet wasn’t being done for like a month , i asked them to come out for different things & they either take forever to come or don’t at all , done lost money orders the past year i been here , just not worth being her… not even on DESPERATE measures.

Property is terrible. dogs off the leashes, pool was never opened never even had water in it. gym wasn't a gym and access was always limited. Trash just sits at everyone's front door because trash compactor was broken for months. Leasing Staff we're rude especially MARY (the spanish lady) my apartment was burglarized two times no forced entry so i know it was the maintenance people. I bought a camera and all of a sudden they never wanted to come back up to my apartment. Never had pest control come spray and the bugs were ridiculous. My air went out in the summer..i put work orders in they finally come after me walking to the office showing them my apartment was 82 degrees inside. This property is over priced for the location. Literally down the street from beaties Ford. The property looks totally different than pictured online. The up keep of the property grounds are HORRIBLE! The rental amount are never the same each month. There is a massive ROACH PROBLEM! Literally every building on property has units invested with roaches. some units have mice and or MOLD PROBLEMS! People walk there dogs and let them roam the neighborhood without proper restraints. The property manager is rude, never returns calls or answers questions. She will only see you with and appointment! She’s always bussy or in meetings when calling the office! Ive been trying to tour this complex since 9/6/24. The location is convenient due to my daughters school. This is the 3rd /final time requesting a tour of the apartment complex the first was a walkin- I was told to schedule an appointment. I scheduled my appointment for the 20th, came in they told me they cannot do the tour today, and scheduled a appointment for me today the 24th of September. I am here and there is a sign on the door saying they are out for lunch. If tours aren't available simply say it's not available and remove the options from offline and don't offer tours while in person. I've sat here for 30mins to give grace. I have lived here for over a year now, and I have to say it has been great! When I first moved here, last July, I could really tell this was going to be a really smooth experience. When I was first moving I had to wait for my apartment to be prepped, which was not an issue (I prefer it). I got a call from a woman by the name Kristi Watanabe, the "community manager" I had been dealing with, saying that my apartment was ready and I could come pick up the keys!
