The place is totally infected with cockroaches They don’t maintain the buildings They always want to charge you additional charges, and they don’t even know how to justify them
Absolutely god awful. They will steel money from you by adding random "fines" on your rent account that you are unable to contest. They do not upkeep the buildings at all, but let the rowdy neighbors blast music until 2 am even though it goes against leasing terms. They overcharge on CAM fees as they literally have no community areas to speak of. The list is un-exhaustible. Just do not live here. . . do yourself a favor and find anywhere else.
It's infested with cockroach. The maintenance don't come to fix even in a month. If there is a negative I give them negative. I don't recommend for anyone because it's disgusting place to live.
