Ivy Apartments

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this apartment. The landlord is incredibly rude, harsh, and has no respect for the tenants. The rent is outrageously high and definitely doesn't match the poor quality of the building. Many people have already moved out because of the landlord's toxic behavior. ​The maintenance is a nightmare. The apartment is in terrible condition—the furniture is broken, and there are constant issues with electricity and water supply. Despite frequent complaints, the management never responds on time; they are completely indifferent to our problems. Power outages are frequent, and the water line gets cut off without any notice. From plumbing leaks to faulty wiring, everything is a mess here. Save your money and peace of mind by looking elsewhere!

I have resided in this apartment previously and have heard from family members about the unsanitary conditions. They advised that the water, electricity, and gas systems were in disrepair. Despite these issues, I still have concerns with the water and gas lines. I just wanted saying about it this apartment it very nasty management which includes siri whatever their calling were and I have some family live their place used to and they told me everything how disgusting their guess we paying full of amount were we owed still have a problem with water 💧 electricity system and gas cooking pipes line and more

It’s not a great place in the area but it’s affordable and many people mostly new refugees and immigrants are able to afford and live there. I have a family member that I often go to visit and I love how much the people support and care for each other. It feels like a village of a tribe and then you will notice that the people are from all over the world 🌎.

My son has rented an apartment here for the past 2 years as it was somewhat close to UT. One of the managers, Jose has been very helpful and always provide information and very professional. We’ve had some issues that needed repair and overall we were pleased.

Worst apartment ever, bad customer service. Dirty apartments . Full of roaches and bedbugs . They don't clean them ever and when you go talk to them they have attitudes and they tell you tomorrow until it's 2 month already. I am just happy we moved out of there . I don't even think they deserve one star . -0 star .
