Ivory Homes - Vivian Estates

We've been working on building a house through Ivory. Our salesperson Tracy has been a huge help. She is always super prompt in answering our questions and makes us feel like we're her only customer. She will definitely earn any commission she makes off the sale and Ivory is benefiting greatly from her service.

If this model home is indicative of Ivory Homes builds, run the other direction. It did have some nice finishes inside, but price and quality were very much lacking. First off, almost every single door frame in the home is already splitting. Secondly, its small, just barely over 4000 sq/ft and they said the price on it is over a million. Honestly after walking through it, I wouldn't pay much over half that. The sales lady on location was very friendly though, the only redeeming quality here.

Save yourself the trip. All the lots are sold. Beautiful homes, however upper $700++. One lot sold for 1.1 million dollars.
