Ivory Homes - Holbrook Place Estates

We constructed our home with Ivory. Ofcourse, the first supervisor Kurt who built the home for us is super courteous but as soon as the home got built then whenever we put a warranty issue, a) it takes a huge amount of time for them to respond to these issues and b) the work done on warranty issues is not professional for example, we had an issue in which Hansen HVAC was involved, first day of appointment-we didn't get a call from the technician for a long time so we went out and requested the operator to reschedule to which she was asking money in exchange for rescheduling although she finally rescheduled without money changing hands because she herself couldn't get hold of the technician.
