Nice homes. But if you can go true custom home do it. Their subcontractors are not quality workers and the standards of each home are different. Air-conditioning units are bought in bulk you can find your self with a unit that the warranty ran out just before or just after being installed. i know i saw it happen. Windows were sub standard with several seconds that were installed that I made them change even then I still found problems with windows after moving in, walls out of square just some of the problems I saw in fifteen years.. Build a custom home with a small contractor if you can that's my advice..if you can't then ivory homes is a ok option.

Great location with both a high school and elementary within walking distance. The homes are nice and seem well built. Ivory homes is not great in finishing touches, but overall nice homes.

Very difficult experience with the HOA. Was told that our HOA fee is for landscaping but have 5-6ft tall weeds. Been in contact since July with no change.
