I have been with ISS Management company for almost 3 yrs. My experience has been fair, the Landlord is reasonable and Most times Understanding, landlord works with me on any issues I may have had. They have good communication, and I love their office staff as well they listen and try to give grace. If your looking for reasonable rent rates, a good team to work with as a whole to deal with then I would say give ISS Management a try if your looking to rent or purchase a home in the Philadelphia Area they have properties All over the city!

My review is one of mixed feelings, especially in today’s social climate. It’s easy to be selfish in looking at experiences and not honest because of how you feel. When I first moved into one of their many properties I saw that it had good bones and more importantly I could afford it comfortably for my family and I. My main objective was to have a home for my mother and son in a decent environment and start fresh as my husband had recently died and we needed a new beginning, not perfect, but a chance to have new memories, which we did. Whenever there was an issue, it was resolved quickly. Three years later my mother passed in the property and finding work was very difficult. My degree meant nothing since I stopped working to take care of my mother and the job market had drastically changed

i've been with this landlord for about 5 years and so far no complaints. if anything needed to be fixed or had an issue, it was handled right away. communication was always there with them. the staff are very respectful and keep me updated with any important information. i would highly recommend to other families or people who are looking for a affordable rental home.

My experience with this landlord has been extremely negative. The individual is consistently rude, unprofessional, and difficult to communicate with. Rather than addressing tenants directly, he speaks through others and avoids taking responsibility for the property’s serious maintenance issues. Despite multiple court appearances where they attempted to collect additional money from me, the claims were denied because the property was found to be in unlivable and unsafe condition. The home had unstable roofing, holes in the walls, and a severe infestation of roaches and field mice. These problems were repeatedly reported and ignored. Instead of making necessary repairs or ensuring the property met basic health and safety standards, the landlord retaliated. After I agreed to move out voluntar

If you are a first time renter like myself Iss Management is a great place to start off with. The staff and office workers are very friendly very patient, and professional. The maintenance crew is always on point too anytime I needed quick fixes on things around my apt, 10/10 !!!
