Working with Israel to sell our home was a such an easy process. After he sold another home in our neighborhood, we called him to see if he might be a good fit for our place. He was knocking at our door less than 30 minutes later. We felt like we had a real partner in the process; he understood how much work we wanted to do ourselves (as little as possible) and he leveraged his contacts to make sure our place was cleaned, updated, and staged so well that it was on the market for only a single weekend. We might not have paid the lowest possible prices for some of the contractors he used, but we were OK with paying a bit of a premium to decrease the project management effort on our end.
