Our home is nice and comfortable with modern features and amenities. My negative review is for the noise. The person behind us (adjoining backyard) has two "doodle" dogs that bark for hours and hours every day, multiple times per day. I'm normally a "go with the flow" kind of person who doesn't complain, but this dog barking is loud and incessant and the owners don't seem to care that it affects the qualify of life of multiple families in a compact neighborhood with very little open space. Unfortunately, this will be the reason we leave this community when our lease is up. I couldn't imagine dealing with this for more than one year.

If I could put zero stars I would but, the houses are very nice, the yard space is very small for the amount they charge for rent. In many occasions I asked Denise to fix many things around the house and they either never got fixed or it took months for her to send someone to fix it. They have bad service in this aspect because if someone is renting there should be someone getting sent over to fix it within a reasonable time. For example if the oven or the refrigerator breaks down, etc., but no matter how much you notify that anything in the house breaks down, they won't fix it and if they do, it's because you have been telling them time and time again to please come fix it and after a month and a half, they come and fix it if you get lucky, if not, you get angry and frustrated from tellin

Move in process took a while. I had to make several phone calls and emails to get updates. Was allowed to schedule tours online, but no one showed up the first time and the second they were late. Living here was okay. The neighborhood seems very family friendly, lots of kids outside. The houses are very close together. I could hear noise from other homes like kids screaming, footsteps, and tvs. The ADT doorbell camera never worked even after multiple attempts to connect. When I did connect it wasn’t my home, but a different house across the street which was very weird. Maintenance was nice and friendly. Denise was friendly at first, but then my roommates decided to do a lease buyout, and communicated with her directly. After that, her demeanor towards me changed. I called her to ask a ques
