Our initial consultation with Katie was great, which made us feel confident seeking a home with their company. We had originally signed on with one agent that we selected, but we were transferred to another agent without any indication of why. This is where our experience was lacking and started to decline. We were seeking a land lot. Our agent was unable to filter out properties with HOAs and was just able to provide us with the automated listings.
