I’ve lived here for about 6 months and the complex is nice. We got a good deal on an apartment and are happy, would choose it again. The location is phenomenal, there’s no highway noise like some of the other newer buildings in the area. The staff are incredibly friendly and maintenance is quick. There’s plenty of parking in the surface lot, and a covered garage for one car per apartment. The apartment is cozy and renovated. The only cons so far have been 1) a lack of communication between staff members when searching for/applying for the apartment (we got tons of follow-up calls from different staff saying the same things), and 2) a large number of apps required… there’s one for building access, one for managing parking spaces, one for receiving packages, one for paying rent, along with a
Marley and staff were very helpful with the pre and post move in process. Having been out of the apartment game for a long time I had a lot questions they answered quickly. Marley and staff were very helpful with the pre and post move in process. Having been out of the apartment game for a long time I had a lot questions they answered quickly. I also needed small repair to a leaky dishwasher that was fixed in one day. Exceptionally responsive to maintenance. The gym and pool are clean and just updated as have been the exterior of the buildings. I like that the apartments aren't just boxes like most new apartments. Mine hasn't been renovated with wood flooring or newer appliances, but I don't mind. They gave me a great deal on it and I actually missed carpeting in the bedroom in my house. I
The apartment was nice overall, but I wouldn’t recommend living here unless you’re planning to stay for 2+ years. Because I had a 6 month lease, I was required to pay a significant amount of “standard” and mandatory fees. The leasing office wasn’t very helpful with addressing my questions about this, and living here isn’t worth the cost you’d pay. The whole time I lived here I also noticed a constant problem with dog poop being left on the grass that was never picked up making it hard to enjoy walks with my dog. I’ve also included a page directly from the lease that details these “standard” charges.
The maintenance team is always professional and friendly. They are knowledgeable and normally solve the issue pretty quickly. Installed a new dryer within minutes. No mess and no damage to anything in the apartment.
I have lived here for 2 years, I just switched to a different unit. I was on the ground floor but felt uncomfortable there with such a large homeless population roaming the complex and the amount of theft off many of my neighbors patios. (I regularly see people digging through the garbage, I have had my car broken into, and earlier this year, a group of homeless people camped out in an empty unit). It is an older complex and there are issues with the buildings having wear and tear. This is not like living in one of the brand new complexes in the area, but the price is less, so you get what you pay for I guess. There has been a lot of changes in office staff while I have lived here. I will say that Karly, Kai, and Austin (the current staff) have worked very hard to help me resolve any disco
