The community is beautiful. We had a unit with an attached garage and they gave us a “move in special.” When they told us about the solar panels we were happy because we thought it Would save us money in our electricity bill. Well. You will be paying for all of it. And I mean all of IT. What really pushed us to leave was that the upstairs neighbors kept pouring their dogs pee all over our patio. The smell was so strong we avoided the front door all the time. The kids couldn’t use it and our packages would get wet with the urine from time to time. We couldn’t order food anymore without worrying. Management didn’t do much except tell us that everyone seems to be having that problem and the upstairs neighbor came to clean it once. We’ve been living here for over a year now, and overall we are very happy. The complex is very well kept and quiet. But the true star here is the team. They all are very profesional and always put tenants needs over anything else.

Living here has been a good experience overall. Been here over a year & I can say I’ve never lived anywhere else in San Diego that’s this safe, comfortable & quiet, my apartment’s layout works perfectly for me it’s nice, and anytime I’ve needed something fixed, maintenance was quick to help. The office team is super friendly and easy to talk to, which makes things a lot smoother. The office staff and property managers have been the nicest people, especially Daniella Brown since the day I went in for questions on applying until now she’s been the friendliest girl. No major complaints. it’s been a solid place to live at.
