Ironwood Apartments Leasing Office

I have lived here at Ironwood for almost 3 years and I love it!! Kelly the office manager is great!!! She is always on top of everything. If you have an issue with anything she takes care of it right away. Since she has been here she really has turned these apartments around for the better, and if you have mtce issue your call will be answered within 10-15 minutes. Nights here are very quiet, there are no loud parties or loud music so getting a good night sleep is easy. I know I made a great choice moving here. Would highly recommend.

I live here and it's pretty amazing! Phone service, internet, streaming subscriptions, all included with your cable bundle that you get here completely covered by your rent! It's such an affordable place to live! The remodeling is beautiful! My family and I have really enjoyed it here and the management is so so sweet and so accommodating! My neighbors are great! I love how everybody has their own parking spot! My kids are so happy here! Anytime we have voice any concerns, maintenance has come to alleviate our issues within 24 hours! You just have to pay your rent, renters insurance, and your electric! It's so simple and has taken a lot of weight off of our shoulders while we save up to be homeowners and expand our family! Ironwood Apartments in Kerrville, Texas, is a dilapidated slum with mold, rotting buildings, and pothole-ridden roads. The property management is incompetent and neglectful, ignoring tenants’ requests for maintenance. The interior walls are moldy, and water floods under sinks. Cockroaches infest the building, and the windows and doors are peeling and cracking. The maintenance is a sham, and the “24/7 resident portal” is a lie. The electric gate is malfunctioning, and lease violations are based on gossip and lack of proof. Management is absent, arriving late, leaving early, and elusive during office hours. Tenants seeking help are left to fend for themselves. They arrive in a gray Honda Pilot, enter the building, waste time on their phones or security cameras, and only harass cars. Expired
