My experience with Ironstate Properties has been very disappointing. The maintenance team, particularly under Philip Hazel, has been consistently unresponsive and slow to address work orders. Requests that should have been handled promptly took far longer than reasonable, and communication about delays was poor or nonexistent. It’s frustrating to deal with such lack of urgency, especially from a management company that advertises quality service. Ironstate really needs to improve accountability and follow-through on tenant maintenance issues. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience

Ironstate is, by far, one of the finest real estate developers and tenant focused landlords in the NY metro area. This can be said as my company has had a vendor-client relationship with Ironstate for over 25 years. From the quality of their building designs and construction, to the attention to the smallest of details in providing a positive tenant experience, one can only appreciate and admire their commitment and integrity. And this is all driven by the professionalism and attentiveness of employees at all levels. Kudo to the Ironstate Team!
