My apartment itself is spacious, quiet, and filled with natural light. The finishes are high-end, and it’s clear that quality was a priority in every detail. I also love the location and the ease of access to restaurants like No-Li and Jack and Dan's. Living at Ironside feels more like being part of a luxury community than just renting an apartment. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-managed place to call home.

I really enjoyed my time living here. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was always able to get assistance when needed, and the response time was excellent. The location worked out perfectly for my needs, with easy access to the freeway and a fairly central position that made getting to the north side relatively easy. There are plenty of food and drink options within easy walking distance. This was the most spacious apartment I’ve ever lived in, and it was a nice change of pace not to feel cramped. I also appreciated the friendly atmosphere among both tenants and staff—lots of greetings and good mornings, even between people who didn’t know each other. I just moved to Spokane and found Ironside right away, the Studio is just perfect for me, the views of the river and walking paths that wind around are gorgeous! Getting through the application process and settling in have been a breeze with knowledgeable staff helping along the way. The friendly and extremely helpful group we have here is top notch! if I forgot to mention theres a mailroom instead of road-mailboxes. Each day Im able to set at the rooftop deck and watch the sun go down on Spokane, while relaxing! The value of everything is way above what I considered, can't be grateful as much.
