Irons Real Estate

This is the worst real estate company I have ever dealt with. Calling them unprofessional would be a compliment to them..

This company's representative, Rick Rowe, is extremely unethical and unfair. We had a signed offer and agreement and returned all paperwork within the time frame they set (even though the paperwork was sent to our realtor 3 days after being signed by the seller). In the few hours of getting the paperwork, signing, and returning (although they were told it was being signed and was on the way), the selling agent had the seller sign another agreement and then told our agent the house was sold to someone else. I will not even consider purchasing a house if it is listed for sale by this company and would definitely not ever use them to sell one!

We have purchased several homes within the last several years. I have never experienced such poor response times, lies, poor communication and experience as I did with Steve Burns. He was awful every step of the way. Do yourself a favor, don't buy a house he is listing and never list your home with him.

Steve is friendly and gets things done. He was on top of things was timely in communication and action. Steve will go the extra mile to get the results you need in his friendly country office here in Irons.
