Ironhorse Apartments

We've lived here for two months so far and have been consistently impressed. The grounds are kept clean, the apartments are lovely, and maintenance is *LIGHTNING* fast. Like under an hour even for low priority things! Their online portal to make payments is extremely easy to use, the shared spaces are great (I love working in the community area for a change of scenery) and the location is also amazing. Close to lots of grocery stores, and easy enough to get to Boulder (25 minutes or so). Lovely so far!

Absolutely the best place I've ever lived! I love their community events, celebrations & treats, they have the most caring and responsive staff that really humanize the landlord to tenant experience, they haven't sold out to the corporate/cold feeling that others have. The apartments themselves are very modern, clean, (no pests ever!!!) & beautiful, kind, quiet neighbors. Lovely pool & hot tub that is open with generous hours & never crowded. Honestly couldn't recommend the place enough, it is so rare to find such a warm space to live!

Do not apply - they will try to take money from you once they have your card. Looked into getting an apartment here, and completed the application w $25 fee. Before approval I decided to look elsewhere, and communicated to them I was no longer interested in Ironhorse, but about a day later they charged me $150 fee for “holding” the apartment. Essentially, upon application approval they charge a $150 fee for holding the apartment regardless of if you are no longer interested. The application is effectively $175. They also simply have slow, poor customer service. There are better apartments for the same price, look elsewhere.

I'm actually going to miss this place now that I'm moving out, but it's one of the best apartments I've ever lived at. The office people actually are nice and try to get to know you. The maintenance people are fast and responsive. Don't read too much into the one star reviews, this is a rare type of place that is nice and cares about their tenants. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Literally the best place I have ever lived. Staff is awesome and the maintenance team comes the same day, within an hour or less of being called. Amazing!!!! Great location as well. Super easy to get out of town or into town
