Paid an application fee, they said that they would send credit check and background information and never did, just an email saying we have been tentatively declined for income (we make MORE THAN ENOUGH. 5 times the rent witth excellent credit). Zero communication and it should have been a red flag when they asked to CashApp the fees directly to the agent. Rafiq Munford - DO NOT WORK WITH HIM.
