IRJ Property Management

Complete garbage of a company. Didn’t tell us of HOA raises until 15 days before the next month (which is now February). On top of this they’re now charging an extra $15 per month for doing absolutely nothing. Not sure if this is completely legal because we didn’t receive notice of the change until today (1/12/26). The only service we receive right now at Ashcroft Townhomes is lawn services. Literally nothing else. They’re doing absolutely nothing. I wish I would have found a place without an HOA.

Super lousy property management company. They are not responsive and not sending HOA statements on time. They are lazy and arrogant to work with property managers. If your HOA is managed by IRJ, good luck.

This is the worst Property Management Company I have ever dealt with as well as the entire HOA. They contract the cheapest Landscapers who do not maintain our common areas in a presentable condition. They rush the mowing process & leave big piles / clumps of grass clippings to lay in the field to turn brown. The areas cannot be enjoyed by our community because they are infested with Fire Ants and due to the lack of being maintained properly per our Conveniences & Bylaws BUT, they will send YOU a Violation notice if your grass gets too tall.

I have been a board member of our HOA for 3 years. During that time we had to fire a management company and we were recommended IRJ as the replacement. We have been nothing but THRILLED with how Amanda and her team handle our neighborhood. We were left in a huge mess by the previous company, to include over due bills to vendors, unpaid taxes, residents who were not being held accountable for unpaid dues, etc... Amanda and team not only helped us clear up that mess but have been so amazing and responsive. They are working HARD to ensure our neighborhood is the best it can be

I live in Clayton and our development has had several different property management company’s since I moved here in 2015. IRJ Property Management is our current company and I’m very pleased with working with them. The property manager is Ms. Amanda, and she’s the absolute best. I don’t know how she does it, but she is masterful with getting the job done. We had a major problem on a Sunday during the winter and she was here in 10minutes getting the problem solve. I can keep going on about how she’s a benefit to our community. IRJ is very lucky to have her with their company.
