This brokerage firm has no ethics. They shut down a neighborhood bodega that stood for 17 years…for money. Seventeen years of community, gone. Just like that. They, along with greedy landlords, are gutting this city. Piece by piece. What was once alive, loud, full of character is now turning into some soulless playground for the rich. Generic. Sterile. Boring. No culture. No roots. Just overpriced coffee and glass boxes.
They like making unsolicited calls to landlords - basically phone spammers. Avoid them.
