IPM | Investment Protection Management

I lived in one of their properties for 21 months. Very little maintenance issues and they were very quick to respond. Even had a parking issue and action was taken quickly. I cannot imagine that is easy because the some of the other quad plexes are owned by other people. The rent and deposit is a lot more reasonable considering the market.

Would give 0 stars if possible. They list false information to get you to submit an application so they can collect the money. This company had a property listed that I applied for, come to find out the property that was used in the picture was NOT the property I had applied for. I spoke directly with Amy on the phone who told me that there was a backyard to the property when the "included backyard" is in fact a shared backyard with the property that was featured in the listing photo. The property I applied for does not have a backyard. When it came to scheduling a viewing, I waited for a response for a week so when I didn't hear anything back, I submitted an application to get them to contact me. Terrible experience, will never go through this property management, even took a $700 loss due to knowing I will not want to lease from their property and their company, the price was worth paying rather than sticking miserable to that place for 12 months. Pamela is unprofessional and their properties are not good/ overpriced for what you're getting. Don't waste your time or money like I did, extremely regret it.

Lived in the apartments off Liberty St. for around a year before moving in with my girlfriend. Apartment was decently maintained except for a few smaller things that didnt affect the living experience. No onsite management is a small downside as sometimes theres a bit of excess trash, litter from neighborhood kids or cars illegally parked. IPM is usually very good at either finding a resolution or fixing the issues with a quick email though. Only reason its not five stars is because other tenants and their kids in the complex (which isnt all owned by one property manager) can be messy and dont respect others property or space. Management was fine and easy to work with.

I had one of the most wonderful experiences in my two years living at their properties. The staff was excellent and timely in handling various issues that popped up throughout my stay. I would 100% recommend these properties for anyone who is looking to turn an apartment into a temporary home.
