Terrible company. Will send maintenance workers into your home without alerting you and LEAVE your door open regardless of pets. Even when putting in a ticket for SCHEDULED maintenance the guy comes and literally does nothing and acts as if it’s an inconvenience to him when it’s literally his job. I put in a request to look at my washer and dryer which wasn’t drying, he looked at it for about two minutes and said he’ll be back in four days to drop something off (He never came) I’ve stopped putting in requests because clearly Mandi and whoever is responsible for maintenance doesn’t care. The only thing they’ve ever replaced for me is my mailbox and that is the cheapest bare minimum (that doesn’t even close) one. Landlord special paint jobs over holes and cracks, constant plumbing problems,

Rented from them for 4 years and only reason I lasted so long is because I was broke and couldn’t move. I am so glad to have left this awful leasing company. Mandi is the worst unprofessional person I ever worked with. She is extremely rude and can care less about your living conditions. Try to avoid this as much as possible. There’s a reason they are cheaper than others. Everything started falling apart a few months into living in my apartment. To top it all off she took more than half my deposit. Avoid at all cost!!

I’ve lived at for almost 19 years. IMP took over maybe 3 or 4 years ago. It has gone downhill from the take over. Maintenance is slow to respond so you have to reach out to the property manager, who gets irritated when you do. Communication is not a strong suit for this company. This property used to be taken care of so beautifully it’s just disappointing now.

Please for the love of god, do not work with these people. Truly, I've never experienced more disrespect as a tenant. Mandi could care less about her tenants and wants nothing more than your money. maintenance is pretty much no existent.. ie: we had to live in our townhouse without a proper lock for an entire year. Anytime we asked for ANYTHING, it was meant with resistance and attitude, specifically from Mandi King Sorely. PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT work with these people.

The best property management company I’ve had so far. They were willing to work with me while I was dealing with serious health issues and safety issues after my husband started doing drugs and because more abusive than ever and I had needed to move short notice because I was unable to get a restraining order right away and he refused to move out and the police would not remove him. Mandi and Mike are very compassionate and friendly people and have treated me and my family with nothing but kindness.
