I recently moved into the Pine Needle area off Aenon Church Road on October 1st, and I have to say my experience with this management company has been amazing so far. I was honestly a little nervous at first after reading some of the reviews and having bad experiences with my previous leasing company, but I can truly say I pre-judged too soon. My move-in process was smooth, and any minor issues I had were handled quickly and with care. Elliot went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of in my new home. He’s absolutely the best at what he does. Shelly also deserves recognition although it’s very hard to always reach her by phone. Do not rent any Mallord cove houses or apartments out of thomasville ga from iPad Management Shelley brookson. I just had to file a civil lawsuit against this company for withholding a 1,250 security deposit . I rented from this place 4 years never missed a payment , never paid late . Detailed the apartment top to bottom the day I moved out . I took my pictures and lease to the police department. This company is a whole scam!!!! All these reviews from renters are not lying .& don’t let these landlords scam y’all . Ga law is if they take more then 30 days to return your deposit they forfeit the entire deposit they can no longer take any defections !

(If zero stars were an option, I’d go with that.) Avoid these people and “North Point Villas” at ALL costs. This company is a mess from top to bottom—greedy management, shady practices, and zero respect for their residents. Let’s talk about the most recent issue: they did non-stop renovations in the unit directly above mine for over a month from sun up to literally 6-7pm every single day including Saturdays. And I don’t mean a little hammering here and there. I mean loud construction, heavy drilling, banging that rattled the walls… all during standard work hours while I was working from home. Not sure who is in charge - or what kind of staff you have working at this establishment but the front desk was beyond rude. She hung up on me mid conversation…… bad attitude, poor service and overall lack of respect. Does not deserve one star.

I just moved from one of the properties, my lease was up a year ago so I was renting month to month. I was told I was going to get my deposit back after they inspected it, and thanked me for having it so clean. I got a letter a few days later saying I forfeited my deposit because I didn't give a 30 day notice but it clearly states no less than 15days prior to next rent due. I didn't realize so many people have similar issues, I'm very disappointed in this company.
