Iota Fox Station

Iota Fox Station is located in a pretty decent part of Denver. You're close enough to downtown to where commuting is never really major problem, and far enough away to have a little breathing room from the crowds of the city. The building is modern, contains everything you'd expect from a new building. The gym is pretty solid here! The one and only thing I'll complain about is the garage door has had issues in the past where the door had to stay open for a few days at time, but this hasn't been an issue recently. Huge shout-out to the boys in the office for genuinely caring about the residents here and being attentive to the building as things pop up. I have lived here for nearly 10 months now and wow! 10/10! I would recommend this apartment complex again and again! It’s disheartening but in today’s world a huge chunk of rental properties are evil scammers just trying to take your money and couldn’t care less about you as a human being, but not Iota Fox! The maintenance here is INCREDIBLE, super responsive and respectful of your home. In my experience they do not enter when you’re not home unless given explicit permission. The trash chutes are always maintained and the trash company they pay always picks up the floor around the garbage cans (sadly sometimes they overflow or people are dirty and I’m very grateful the trash company cleans up) The property manager/assistant Katy and Kenny are so wonderful, very attentive, respectful, and s

I just renewed my lease for another year so I have been very happy with Iota Fox Station! The amenities are really nice, especially the gym. And I really enjoy the updated appliances within my unit. While they are still building more walkable places nearby, the location could not be better. 10/10

I moved here last July, and I really like this place. It’s a great fit for me. Katie, Colder, and Bryant are wonderful people. They are always helpful when I need them and do their best to keep this place in great condition. However, I’ve noticed that some residents are very rude. They leave trash everywhere and are noisy with their dogs. To the person who lets their dog pee in the stairwell, please stop.

The gym is nice, has a great selection with almost everything you need. The sky deck and work spaces are great, but the sky deck is now vandalized, though I didn't see it. As far as being comfortable living here, there is constantly honking outside of the building. I am not here all of the time to say its constant, but when I am here, its consistent. I've been here for a few months and have had to change apartments. This is also the second apartment i've been too, owned by the same management company. The same harassment behavior of the neighbors/people outside. I would not live here again for the privacy concerns or the same management company.
