a minute agoNEW My apartment had a gap in the front door lock from a previous break in that they never fixed, the mailbox is broken and you can't receive mail here, if you do, anyone can access it and people just go through it. They never fixed that. I've been here over a year. My apartment was broken into today, emergency maintenance never answered or returned any calls, and my balcony door is just wide tf open. And the back door doesn't lock so ANYONE can access the building, we get a lot of homeless people in here in the laundry room. Oh and you'd think they'd wanna be discreet about the back door to the building not locking, NOPE. They put a sign there letting any and everybody know that it doesn't lock and that the building is an easy access point(: I hate it here. Oh, and they raise

A one star and thats far too much my apartment was leaking water for the past 3 months they lied to me told me that they were working on it but in the mean time they were centipeds and mice during this 3 month period they had the nerve to show me another apt drug infested area i refused to move their the property manager had the nerve to get mad. In the meantime my apt started getting mold and water and debre got even worse to the point to where i was unable to take it anymore i gave them my notice and it didnt matter at the time about my rent because my health and well-being were being challenged to this day im still not there and they still are charging my rent when they told me they would terminate my lease i am now living else where like the old saying goes you get what you pay for 😡👎👎
