Pooorly managed, overpriced, dirty building with all shades of grey paint all over.Tenants have no basic knowledge of recycling or separating trash. Loud music from the street from spring through the summer and to the end of fall. You don’t want to live there. Never recommended.
Unbearably loud people with very loud disturbing music live here and its managed poorly. Being a neighbor of this location is painful.
I live here. It's a great building with a lot of great neighbors in it.
