My time at Inwood Crossings was a nightmare. If I could give zero stars, I would. At first everything was exciting and amazing since it was the first apartment I moved into with a couple friends. The apartment we toured (which was not the one we ended up in) was amazing, the staff seemed nice and attentive, and the amenities of the place were a plus. So we decided to move in here. That's as far as our "amazing" time at Inwood goes. Before we even signed the lease, we had gotten permission to go in and do some measurements of the apartment -that we were moving into- for furniture. When we walked in, we noticed that the carpet was pulling away from the walls in all three bedrooms and the dishwasher had standing water in it that smelled rancid. The patio door had some gaps between the door a

I give a two because they are nice looking on the inside. I don’t think they are worth the price. The two bedrooms are small. If your someone that need your sleep to function at work do not move here or if your able move on the third floor! They can not do anything about neighbors that walk like they are trying out for a Stomp team. Even if it’s all day or 5am! This is going to be a hard long year for me if I can’t get the sleep I need for work! I know I’m going to hear some things but the fact that it’s all day every day is ridiculous. with them replying saying that I should’ve been on the third floor is ridiculous. We should all respect each other. I have big ol boys and they get in trouble if they’re throwing balls or running through the house or bumping just because I’m a respectful pe

After my vehicle was broken into, I requested that my locks be changed because my extra set of house keys was taken from my vehicle and there was mail in my car with my name and address on it. Maintenance came and did an emergency lock change which I greatly appreciate it however, the next day I woke up with a charge of $180 added onto my rent the charge was never communicated to me. I'm not saying it should have been free however I feel like the charge should've been communicated with me so that I would've been able to say yes or no I can afford this or I cannot before the locks were changed when I contacted the front office. I spoke with Brooke who had a very nasty attitude, who after going back-and-forth with me for several minutes, hung up in my face as soon as I'm able to leave this p

Okay everyone I'm going to give you the Real Deal on Living in Inwood Crossing Apartments. I live there from the end of 2017, beginning of 2018 to 2019 and at first the experience was good they got me in as quick as possible I was on section 8 and even being on section 8 I was still coming out of pocket $100-$200 for rent. so I thought it would be better for my benefit. But Oh was I so wrong....... Moving in was great, neighbors were great. It was quiet, tranquil a nice place to live, at first. Then it all went to hell, the first time I needed something fixed it took about 6 months for them to fix my kitchen sink. From there on out if I needed anything fixed it seemed to be a problem. management team and staff never stay the same, Except the two women that work there from when I first move

I would give no stars if I could. Don’t move in here. They will double your final balance and make you pay for everything. My downstairs neighbor broke down my door and assaulted me and the charged me for the door. They are also lazy and charge too much money for all the raids and shootings that go on there. My car got broken into and they never sent the security footage to the police. When I confronted them they told me to take it up with the police department. Jason Welch is a horrible owner and is never in office and told me I would get evicted if I didn’t sort the “disagreements” out with the neighbor who assaulted me. Listen to the bad reviews because they were all true.
